The scope of the investment consists in the expansion and repair work of the existing facility, i.e. the two-storey Children's Psychiatric Unit and the construction of a new school and hospital wing.

In tangible terms of investment are also the demolition of existing school and library buildings and the demolition of a brick boiler room chimney, the change of organization of traffic on the site, the expansion of parking lots - according to the local zoning plan.

Work related to the reconstruction and expansion of the facility of the Mazowiecki Center for Neuropsychiatry in Józefowo must be carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 26 March 2019 on the specific requirements that the premises and equipment of the performing entity should correspond to medicinal activities (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 595, as amended).

The investment programme is contained in Annex 1 — Architectural Concept — Construction with initial industry assumptions for the Psychiatric Branch for Children in Joze

The subject of the Order is:

1) the completion of a complete multi-industry design and cost estimate documentation, enabling the Ordering Party to implement the investment “Reconstruction and extension of the facility of the Mazowiecki Center for Neuropsychiatry in Józefowo”, together with the final decision on the construction permit,

2) copyright supervision,

2. The Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) the performance of the following documentation:

(a) the development of a construction project consisting of: land use project, architecturally - construction project to obtain p.n.b, and technical design;

(b) the development of an implementing project;

(c) the implementation of the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works;

(d) the performance of investor cost estimates, the objects of works;

(e) the development of safety and health information at the site;

2) obtaining the necessary decisions and arrangements required by law;

3) fulfillment of copyright supervision.

3. The Contractor is required to develop a 3D visualization of the building, which should include:

1) all elements of the building and basic simplified architectural details;

2) external joinery (doors and windows);

3) interior design with elements of equipment;

4) internal partitions together with doors and installation elements;

5) necessary components of the installation of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning;

6) parameters specifying the type of finish and the basic color scheme;

7) landscaping enabling the reading of layers, slopes of land including curbs, edging and dehydrated linear

- in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 September 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1609, as amended).

4. The Contractor is also required to produce an industry documentation, which should include:

1) the design of the sanitary installation;

2) the design of ventilation and air conditioning;

3) the design of electrical installations;

4) the project of low-current installations including:

(a) SSP fire alarm system and staircase fuming;

(b) DSO sound warning system;

(c) the KD and SWiN access control, burglary and seizure system;

(d) the intercom system;

(e) the summoning system;

(f) CCTV video monitoring system;

g) structural wiring;

(h) the BSM management system (Building Management System);

(i) installation of RTV, audio — video — in the scope of wiring.

5. In addition, the design documentation should take into account:

1) the project to demolish the existing library school building and the boiler room chimney along with the development of this site;

2) project organization of temporary traffic for the duration of construction and target;

3) project of rainwater sewer installation with a project of drainage of the site within the boundaries of the plot;

4) projects of external installations without connections within the confines of the plot;

5) design of greenery for selected zones together with small architecture;

6) technical conditions of connections: gas, electric, water supply.

6. Design documentation, which is the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to perform in BIM technology.
