1. Object of the order is the digitization of source materials of the poviat geodesy and cartographic resources and the supply of the program operating in PODGiK in Kolbuszowa. Purpose of the order is: Digitization of the state geodetic and cartographic resource; Security of the resource, preparation of security copies; Development of a database for online resource sharing. Scanning and archiving will be subject to approx. 136.5 m b (A4 sheets) technical services (previously scanned legal services, mainly EGiB modernization, divisions, delimitation, change lists, and sat-in sysytes) along with the loading of the developed materials for geodetic and cartographic resource management system, supplementing the missing ranges for already archived legal entities in the resource, and supplementing data for archived units in the register of units. and all scanned files. 1. The subject of the contract is the digitization of source materials of the poviat geodesic and cartographic resource and the supply of the program operating in PODGiK in Kolbuszowa.
The purpose of the order is:
- digitization of the state geodetic and cartographic resource,
- security of the resource, preparation of security copies,
- development of a database for online access to the resource.
The scanning and archiving will be subject to approximately 136.5 running meters (submitted to A4 format) of technical operators (previously unscanned legal services, mainly EGiB modernizations, divisions, delimitation lists, change lists, and syt-high) along with loading of the developed materials into the management system geodetic and cartographic resources, supplementing the missing ranges for already archived legal entities in the stock, and supplementing data for already archived unit registers and all scanned operators.

2. The ordering party requires a minimum 3-year warranty period for the subject of the contract (warranty period is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders 3. Employer's requirements regarding employment by the Contractor or a subcontractor of persons under a contract of employment, as defined in the provisions of the Act. work in accordance with Article 29 paragraph 3a of the PPL Act:
1) The contracting authority requires that the activities undertaken by the contractor or subcontractor related to the implementation of the contract, ie: indexation and creation of metadata, entering data in the ordering database, were carried out by the employee / s in the employee under the contract of employment (art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code). The contractor and each subcontractor is obliged to document the employment of these persons in such a way that the Employer has at any time access to information on the employment of these people, in particular the name and the name of the employee employed, the date of the contract of employment, the type of employment contract and the scope of the employee's duties.
2) The Ordering Party is entitled, during the entire term of the contract, to verify the form of employment of the employees referred to in point 1 when executing it. During the performance of the contract, the Contractor, at the request of the Ordering Party, will provide evidence confirming the fulfillment of the obligation referred to in point 1.
3) Each time at the Ordering Party's request, on the date indicated by the Ordering Party not shorter than 5 working days, the Contractor and subcontractor shall submit to the Ordering Party, as expected, certified true copies of employment contracts concluded by the Contractor or subcontractors with persons performing the indicated above activities based on a contract of employment or statements by the contractor or subcontractor about hiring an employee under a contract of employment or other documents. A copy of the contract / agreements or a statement or other documents referred to above should be anonymised in a way that protects employees' personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10/05/2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018 , item 1000), i.e. in particular without addresses, PESEL number of employees, whereby information such as: name and surname, date of conclusion of the contract, type of employment contract, scope of duties of the employee and part-time should be identifiable.
The Contracting Authority provides for a sanction for non-compliance with the above requirement specified in the contract template - Annex No. 4 to the Terms of Reference.
