Nærøysund Municipality invites tenderers to a contest for framework agreements for the delivery of official cars for the municipality's services. The contracts will cover the municipality's need for car procurements over a 3-year period, with a unilateral option for a further 1-year extension.

See the requirements specification and price sheet for the type of vehicles. At the start of the contracts, the immediate need is expected to be 15 vehicles. In addition, the municipality has approx. 30 vehicles with a leasing contract, and approx. 40 self-owned vehicles. The need can change during the contract period.

In order to cover a varied need for different vehicles, Nærøysund Municipality would like to enter into framework agreements (sub-contracts) for each vehicle class stated in the price sheet. Tenderers can submit tenders for one, several or all sub-contracts in the contest. The maximum number of sub-contracts that can be awarded to one tenderer is 10.

The award will be made in accordance with the stated award criteria. One winner will be chosen for each vehicle class.

Nærøysund Municipality would like to enter into framework agreements for the vehicle classes stated in the joint price sheet. The joint tender documentation is valid for all the vehicle classes. Tenderers must fill in which vehicle class(es) they are submitting a tender for, together with the requested documentation in accordance with the award criteria. All tenderers must use the joint price sheet and fill in prices for the classes they would like to submit a tender for.
