The intended effective date of the agreement is 15 May 2023 and has an initial duration until 31 January 2025 at the latest. Thereafter, the Client may renew three (3) times for the duration of one (1) year each. The latest end date of the agreement is 31 January 2028, subject to all extensions.

The purpose of this tender is to contract one contracting party for the transport and processing of GHRA. The activities concern the processing of Coarse Household Residual Waste (GHRA) collected by or on behalf of the municipality of Breda. The GHRA is collected by the Contractor at the collection point of Afvalservice Breda. This is at Ecopark at Hazepad 7, 4825 AV in Breda. The Contractor can use open top containers or a walking floor trailer for this. The Contractor must transport the GHRA from Ecopark to its own processing location. The contractor makes the means of transport available and this is included in the registration price. Ecopark loads containers when the truck enters the site. Covering the containers or otherwise securing the cargo is for the Contractor.
The GHRA comes from both the route collection of GHRA from households, as well as from the environmental streets.
Afvalservice Breda makes every effort to ensure the highest possible source separation, including easily separable and reusable flows as much as reasonably possible from the GHRA. Think of (non-exhaustive) metals, mattresses, A/B wood, hard plastics, electrical appliances. The processing of the remainder is for the Contractor.

The contract is awarded on the basis of Lowest Price. For this tender, the lowest price award criterion was chosen because the minimum quality of the services to be provided is defined in the request in such a way that little to no quality differences can be expected.
The intended effective date of the agreement is 15 May 2023 and has an initial duration until 31 January 2025 at the latest. Thereafter, the Client may renew three (3) times for the duration of one (1) year each. The latest end date of the agreement is 31 January 2028, subject to all grants. The client opts for these deadlines because it wants to connect to the current agreement for the transhipment of the GHRA.
