This consultation concerns a global public performance contract (Article L.2171-3 of the French Public Procurement Code). The project concerns the construction of an inter-municipal aquatic centre for which the estimated cost of the works is 10,982,000 euro(s) excluding VAT (value of September 2022). The consultation is carried out according to the procedure with negotiation (Articles L.2124-3, R.2124-3, R.2161-12 et seq., R.2171-15 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code). The Buyer reserves the right to organize one or more rounds of negotiations as required.
