1. The subject of the Order is the modernization of the CCTV system at the metro stations A11 Politechnika, A13 Centrum, A14 Świętokrzyska, A15 Ratusz Arsenał.

2. The subject of the Order includes:

1) development, agreement and delivery of the detailed design of CCTV modernization at metro stations: A11 Politechnika, A13 Centrum, A14 Świętokrzyska, A15 Ratusz Arsenał,

2) delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment in accordance with the description contained in the Technical Specification and its annexes, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter: "ST"),

3) preparation and delivery of as-built documentation.

The detailed scope of the Subject of the Order is described in ST.

3. The subject of the Order will be executed in accordance with the documentation of the proceedings, i.e.: this SWZ and its attachments, in particular ST and the Model Agreement (Annex 2 to the SWZ).

4. A 36-month warranty will apply to the equipment and services provided, starting to run upon signing the Acceptance Protocol without comments.
