The objective of this tender is to optimally meet the contracting authority's need for printing, copying and scanning (via the MFPs and a repro machine). The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal by means of a European tender for the rental and maintenance of MFPs and a repro machine (optional) and the delivery of software and supplies in accordance with an open procedure. This tender must lead to a uniform service, pricing, expiry date and conditions for the contracting authority.

Type 1: Full color MFP (A3 / A4) minimum 30 PPM 5

Type 2: Full color MFP (A3 / A4) at least 45 PPM 24

Type 3: Full color MFP (A4) at least 20 PMM 8

Type 4: Optional Full color MFP (A3 / A4) minimum 60 PPM 1
