The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of a high availability hardware cluster (HA) of two network devices with Load Balancer functionality along with technical assistance provided by the Contractor.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of a high-availability (HA) hardware cluster of two network devices with Load Balancer functionality together with

with technical assistance provided by the Contractor.

2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged in particular to:

1) delivery, implementation, commissioning and configuration of devices;

2) conducting training in the operation and configuration of devices for max. 5 employees of the Ordering Party in 2 cycles of 5 working days (80 hours in total),

3) development of as-built technical documentation describing the detailed configuration of the implemented solution (in electronic version),

4) provision of Technical Assistance Service in the amount of 4 hours per month for a period of 36 months (144 hours in total), to the extent specified in Chapter IV of the OPZ.

3. The description of the Subject of the Order constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
