As part of the CAP reform and with the introduction of monitoring, a new GNSS technology is required. 150 active GNSS antennas are procured for connection to mobile phones or tablets via Bluetooth. The overall system is used to provide quality-assured NMEA data and to pass it on via
a virtual COM port according to the service description. The agreed data quality must be achieved.
The overall system consists of the following components:
• GNSS receiver (antenna with internal GNSS board) incl. system software to control the firmware.
• Maintenance of standard software* (provision of new program versions* and troubleshooting): here maintenance of the system software for controlling the firmware and maintenance of the firmware for a period of 36 months (see also performance criterion No. 2.5.1).
In addition to the delivery of hardware and software, the order also includes the necessary licenses and, if necessary, the delivery of hardware and software. the provision of warranty services of the hardware and software. Furthermore, exhaustive documentation in digital form must be provided for the individual components of the system.
