A framework agreement shall be entered into for the delivery of scope washers and drying cabinets for flexible endoscopes to the Regional Health Authority Møre og Romsdal.

The first procurement includes washers and drying cabinets to the Gastro lab. at Ålesund Hospital. The Department has at present 18 endoscopes (6 gastroscopies, 10 colonoscops and 2 ERCP scops). The Department plans to expand the procurement with 2 endoscopes. The total requirement involves drying cabinets for 20 scopes.

The activity at Ålesund Hospital is as follows;

approx. 2 200 gastroscopies per annum,

approx. 2 000 colonoscopies per annum,

approx 100 ERCP per annum,

approx. 50 EUS per annum,

The delivery of 2 passing washers and 1 passing drying cabinet (bordering between the sterile zone and the Gastroscopy Lab.) including 1-2 one-sided drying cabinets. To be delivered Ålesund Hospital. Consumables such as detergents etc. shall also be included in the framework agreement. The requirement for Ålesund Hospital are subject to evaluations that are described in this tender notice.

The expected requirements for deliveries to the Regional Health Authority are as follow:

3 free-standing washers and 3 drying cabinets. These deliveries will not be included in the price evaluation.

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for washers and one-sided drying cabinets, including a framework agreement for passing drying cabinets. Both framework agreements include consumables and accessories.
