The contract is composed of two lots (lot 1: supply and installation of electrical wiring and lot 2: Supply, installation and maintenance of network, WI-FI and security equipment) of which each of the lots is a so-called "Composite" contract with two components: a "flat-rate" component composed of a firm tranche (25 sites identified) and 7 optional tranches (7 sites under the 7 optional tranches) and a "framework agreement with purchase orders" component, without minimum but with a maximum of 15,000 euro ht over the duration of the contract.
