The 3-speed elementary school on the Pürschweg lies in Bremen-Blumental. The building is divided into several connected one to two storey building parts including the gymnasium, auditorium and the so-called vintage houses. The building stock dates from 1955 and was built in several phases. Monument protection does not exist. A pollutant is commissioned to record building pollutants.
The school is 4-speed and starts from the SJ 19/20 in the tied full-time.

In order to determine the requirements (classrooms, differentiation areas, cafeteria) Rosengart and Partner carried out a "phase 0", in which a planning concept was drawn up, which forms the basis for further planning and will be submitted to tenderers The above-mentioned office is not excluded from the participation in the present proceedings: The required space should accordingly be covered by the existing building, only the refectory is foreseen as a building extension.
As building costs (KG 300 + 400) approx. EUR 2.63 million (gross) accepted.
The construction works should start no later than Jan. 2022 and be completed within 18 months. In order to be able to carry out the conversion during ongoing operation, a total of 4 mobile construction classes including the mobile construction system will be kept in the train.
The services to be awarded consist of:
- Service phase 2 Object planning acc. §§33 HOAI,
- Service phases 3 to 9 Object planning acc. §§ 33 HOAI as optional commission by determination of the AG (possibly in stages still to be determined by the client),
- Special services in all phases of work Project planning acc. §§ 33 HOAI as optional commission by determination of the AG (possibly in stages to be determined by the client).
Representatives from the regulatory context and representatives of the school will, in addition to the selection committee of the awarding body, participate in the tender negotiations if necessary in an advisory capacity.
