Spl Ensemble wishes to strengthen the expertise in the operational management of the project as a whole and, on a finer scale, of the operational sectors. The titular team will therefore ensure, at different operational scales:the establishment of planning and phasing book highlighting in particular the interfaces between operations and critical paths-establishment of a site organization regulation aimed at consolidating the technical feasibility of the sites, contractualizing and framing over time the access constraints, the limits of rights of way and the interfaces of simultaneous sites. Olanimation of a regular technical meeting of coordination of project owners whose main purpose is to discuss operational deadlines, interfaces between operations, and possible points of technical and/or calendar alertsocoordination and monitoring of construction sites in interfaces

The scope of the planned work, which will be carried out in an inhabited neighbourhood, requires that the environment of particularly rigorous construction sites be monitored for the sake of sustainable development. This monitoring of the construction site environment includes:- the ecological environment (soil degradation, infiltration of chemicals, etc.) - the urban environment (good performance of construction sites and surroundings; prevention of dust, noise, vibrations, olfactory nuisances, etc.) The various missions expected are: the drafting of "Low nuisance site" regulations, and the monitoring of construction sites to prevent and remedy any disorder
