Recycling of organic waste from the Weißeritzkreis region in the association area of the Upper Elbe Valley Waste Management Association (ZAOE).

The subject of the service is the takeover and the proper recycling of bio-waste from the household collection in the Weißeritzkreis region in the association area of the Upper Elbe Valley Waste Management Association (ZAOE) in accordance with the KrWG. This is waste that is subject to a surrender obligation in accordance with Section 17 (1) of the KrWG and which must be collected separately in accordance with Section 20 (2) (1) of the KrWG. The contractor must take over the organic waste at a collection point suitable for this type of waste. Exactly one location for a transfer point must be specified in the offer.

The organic waste is to be recycled in accordance with the KrWG. The recycling can take place in one or more successive process steps at the location of the plant of the contractor or his subcontractor and is open to the process. The location of the system must be specified in the offer.
