Framework agreement for collective catering for the restoration of municipal staff and for the catering of the elderly with the meals provided for the home of the elderly and the home porting service. The procurement procedure is the adapted procedure opened. It is subject to the provisions of Article R.2123-1-3 of the Code of Public Procurement which concerns contracts for the purpose of social services and other specific services.

The framework agreement with purchase orders is made in accordance with articles R2162-13 and 14 of the Public Order Code.

The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum defined as follows:

Annual maximum: 300,000.00 euro (Excl. Tax).

The annual order estimate is 170,000.00 euro (H.T.).
