Description:
Green electricity supply for the institutions of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg as well as participating institutions

Overall, according to the current state of knowledge, an expected purchase volume of approx. 410 GWh per year at around 4,950 acceptance points is to be expected. The current delivery contract ends on 31.12.2022, 24.00 hrs.

The newly tendered contracts for the supply and transport of electrical energy will be tendered and concluded as a full supply contract for the period 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2025 (over 3 delivery years).

The need for electrical energy of the FHH and the institutions involved will be allocated in a total of 7 lots. For each lot, the available procurement documents represent the calculation basis for the energy procurement of the acceptance points. All designs apply equally to all lots, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Energy procurement takes place in the form of tranche purchases of base products at a settlement rate. The residual quantity is handled by the supplier in the purchase and sale on the spot market.

Non-performance-measured acceptance points of all types of use

Supply of electrical energy at approx. 4,110 current collection points for a total of approx. 53 GWh/a. All collection points are not measured.

Only electricity from renewable energies must be supplied in accordance with the requirements of the current EEG or the requirements of EU Directive 2018/2001 (Renewable Energy Directive II (RED II)).

According to § 3 No. 21 EEG 2021, renewable energies are considered to be: hydropower including wave, tidal, salt gradient and flow energy, wind energy, solar radiation energy, geothermal energy, energy from biomass within the meaning of the German Biomass Ordinance including biogas, biomethane, landfill gas and sewage gas as well as from the biodegradable proportion of waste from households and industry.

A complete or partial double marketing is not permitted.

Performance-measured collection points of the usage types Data processing, wholesale market, prison, police/fire brigade

Supply of electrical energy at approx. 70 current collection points for a total of approx. 50 GWh/a. All collection points are performance-measured. The 1/4-hour load profile values over 1 year are provided.
