Drammen Eiendom KF invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with the procurement

of cleaning services for purpose-built buildings.

Drammen Eiendom KF (DEKF), invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with the procurement

of cleaning of DEKF's properties (both purpose-built buildings and residences). Each of the municipal areas

vary in size from approx. 10 to approx. 60 properties. For this procurement, and contract will be entered into

for cleaning in the following municipal areas:

- Municipal area 3 (Solbergelva, Solbergmoen, Åssiden)

- Municipal area 4 (Rødskog, Gulskogen)

- Municipal area 7 (Grønland, Marienlyst, Brandengen, Tangen)

- Municipal area 9 (Skoger, Åskollen, Nesbygda)

Tenderers must anticipate any change to the property stock when the contracting authority buys and sells

properties. New properties/addresses that are added to the agreement must be priced proportionally and

on the basis of the same prerequisites as the others. The price will be approved by the contracting authority before cleaning

begins at new properties/addresses. The contracting authority is free to choose another tenderer is

the offered price cannot be approved.

Access to the draft documents for the properties:

Drammen Eiendom used the system CleanPilot, and this is where the draft documents for

the properties can be found. The drawings contain a visual overview of the buildings, area of rooms and

room types. Tenderers must send a request via Mercell to get login details and a supervisor

to use the system.
