1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the contract entitled "Supply of electricity for the Municipality of Szaflary, i.e. street lighting of the building of the Szaflary Commune Office and the units of the Szaflary Commune."

2. The total estimated energy consumption [kWh] over a period of 12 months is approx. 420614 kWh for street lighting and 259731 kWh for premises and facilities in the Szaflary Municipality. The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by this procedure is determined by a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 6 and Annex 7 to the SWZ). Detailed settlement of the supplied energy will be based on the actual amount of kWh consumed)

3. Determining the expected (maximum) energy consumption serves to select the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given quantities
