The objects of the contract are services include the collection, transport and development of the entire mass of municipal waste from inhabited, non-inhabited properties, the point of selective collection of municipal waste, stops, cemeteries and public places from the area of the municipality of Łukowica in the period from 1 January 2022 to December 31, 2022. Łukowica Municipality covers an area of 69.7 km². It consists of 10 sołectw: Łukowica, Jadamwola, Jastrzębie, Młyńczyska, Owieczka, Future I, Future II-Berdychów, Roztoka, Stronie, Świdnik.
The order includes a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from each inhabited property, a midwife within the Municipality of Łukowica and from non-inhabited properties including cottages and properties where hospitality services and their development are provided (recovery, disposal), in accordance with the applicable, at the time of service the Terms and Conditions of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the Municipality of Łukowica.
Under the service provided, the Contractor shall be obliged to:
1) the receipt of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01 accumulated in containers and/or bags produced on inhabitable and non-inhabited properties on which municipal waste is created,
2) receipt of waste collected in residual and non-inhabited properties on which municipal waste is produced, selectively collected including:
(a) paper and paperboard (packaging and non-packaging) with codes: 20 01 01 01 and 15 01 01,
(b) glass waste (packaging and non-packaging) of codes 20 01 02 and 15 01 07,
(c) plastic waste (packaging and non-packaging) with codes: 20 01 39 and 15 01 02, metal waste codes 15 01 04, 20 01 40 (packaging and non-packaging), multi-plant packaging code 15 01 05 collected together, in one container or bag,
(d) construction and demolition waste with codes: 17 01 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 04 07, 17 08 02, 17 09 04, 20 03 99,
(e) worn tyres with code 16 01 03,
(f) large-sized waste, including furniture code 20 03 07,
(g) consumed electrical and electronic equipment code 20 01 35*, 20 01 36,
(h) household hazardous waste (i.e. chemicals, used batteries and batteries and others) with codes: 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 2001 15*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 33*,
(i) expired medicines with codes 20 01 32,
(j) biodegradable waste with codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01,
(k) waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels in particular needles and syringes with code ex 20 01 99,
(l) waste from cleaning of streets and squares with code 20 03 03,
(m) other non-biodegradable waste code 20 02 03,
(n) clothing and textiles with codes 20 01 10, 20 01 11.
3) Receipt of waste from the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste, including, in particular: hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste not eligible for household medical waste due to the reception of medicinal products in form of injection and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, used batteries and batteries, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-size waste, spent tyres, construction and demolition waste and waste textiles and clothing as well as municipal waste as defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on how to selectively collect selected waste fractions. 4) the delivery of bags to a selective municipal waste collection with appropriate parameters, appropriate parameters, appropriate color scheme and in appropriate quantity, owners of individual properties, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions and the requirements in force during the execution of the subject of the contract Regulations of the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, taking into account any changes that may occur in this respect,
5) the delivery of bags intended for the collection of mixed waste and construction repair,
