The procedure is aimed at awarding the service for the provision of managerial training programs for the companies of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, divided into the following three lots:

Lot 1 - Design and provision of training and learning tools and activities relating to the skills model: Entrepreneurship Area;

Lot 2 - Design and provision of training and learning tools and activities relating to the skills model: Effectiveness Area;

Lot 3 - Design and provision of training and learning tools and activities related to the skills model: People and Relationships Area.

The service includes the creation of the catalog in electronic format.

The subject of the contract is the design and provision of tools and training and learning activities relating to the skills model: Entrepreneurship Area.

The main skills to be developed are: entrepreneurship, flexibility and the drive for change, scenario vision, customer centricity and innovation.

The total value of this lot is € 3,600,000.00 excluding VAT.

As a result of the tender procedure, two separate Framework Agreements will be formalized respectively with the first and second best bidder (if any), each lasting 24 months starting from the date of stipulation, with an option amount (at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, for the maximum amount detailed below) and time extension (to be exercised before the natural expiry, for a maximum of a further 24 months, at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, in the assumptions in which, upon the expiry of each Agreement, the maximum amount established is not exhausted).

The above options, if exercised, will be communicated to the Contractor / Contractors by certified e-mail at least 10 days before the expiry of the relevant Framework Agreement.

The lot will be divided between the two Contractors according to the following percentages:

- first Contractor - 60% of the amount, equal to: € 1,080,000.00 for the first 24 months and € 1,080,000.00 for the option amount and a further 24 months as a time extension option (or overall for € 2,160,000.00 and 48 months),

- second Successful Bidder - 40% of the amount, equal to: € 720,000.00 for the first 24 months and € 720,000.00 for the option amount and a further 24 months as a time extension option (or a total of € 1,440,000 , 00 and 48 months).

In the event that there are not 2 best bidders, the contracting station reserves the right to formalize with the best bidder a framework agreement amounting to 60% of the lot value.

With regard to the identification and quantification of security charges and related DUVRIs (Determination No. 3/2008 of the AVCP), as this is a Framework Agreement it is specified that, upon the occurrence of the conditions, the same will be quantified by the individual Companies upon issue of the Application orders.

With reference to the Maximum Amount of each Framework Agreement it is specified that the Assignee will have nothing to claim for any reason against the services not requested and consequently not returned during the execution of the Framework Agreement, in the case in which at the moment of the expiry of this last, the maximum amount of the same has not been consumed and whatever the amount of the services requested up to the moment

The subject of the contract is the design and provision of training and learning tools and activities relating to the skills model: Effective area.

The main skills to be developed are: result-oriented, planning and organization, continuous improvement, problem solving and project management.

The total value of this lot is € 2,000,000.00 excluding VAT.

As a result of the tender procedure, two separate Framework Agreements will be formalized respectively with the first and second best bidder (if any), each lasting 24 months starting from the date of stipulation, with an option amount (at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, for the maximum amount detailed below) and time extension (to be exercised before the natural expiry, for a maximum of a further 24 months, at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, in the assumptions in which, upon the expiry of each Agreement, the maximum amount established is not exhausted).

The total value of this lot is € 2,700,000.00 excluding VAT.

As a result of the tender procedure, two separate Framework Agreements will be formalized respectively with the first and second best bidder (if any), each lasting 24 months starting from the date of stipulation, with an option amount (at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, for the maximum amount detailed below) and time extension (to be exercised before the natural expiry, for a maximum of a further 24 months, at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, in the assumptions in which, upon the expiry of each Agreement, the maximum amount established is not exhausted).
