Samordnet Innkjøp I Salten (Salten Procurement Co-operation) (SIIS) Salten invites suppliers to an open tender contest above EEA threshold value, for a 2 year framework agreement for supply of electric power to the SIIS’ municipalities. Award authority has a unilateral option to prolong the agreement by 1+1 years.

The contest comprises the supply of electric power to all units in the Procurement Co-operation, approx. 106 Gwh per year to all ordinary plants and electric boilers, based on the previous year. In total, 424 GWh during the contract period, including option. Due to business changes in SIIS there will be some new units added during the contract period, and we will also close some units. New units shall purchase power under the same conditions as the other units, and it shall be possible to terminate the agreement for units that close.

All units in the participating municipalities, KF, IKS, AS, ANS and religious organisations that are documented in the attached list, are included in this contract.

For Bodø Municipality there are some additional specific organisations:

Bodø Havn KF, Bodø Industri AS, Bodø Kulturhus KF, Bodø Produksjonssenter AS, Bodø Spektrum KF, Bodøterminalen ANS, IRIS Produksjon AS, Iris Service, Salten Brann IKS, Sentrumsterminalen Bodø AS.

Iris Service comprises the following plants Miljøtorg Bodø, Reipå Miljøtorg, Misvær Miljøtorg, Inndyr Miljøtorg, Beiarn Miljøtorg, Vensmoen Miljøtorg, Fauske Miljøtorg, Tømmerneset Miljøtorg, Oppeid Miljøtorg and Steigen Miljøtorg.
