The subject matter of the present award procedure is the procurement of bus transport services for passenger transport by motor vehicle (bus) of the contractor in the district Heinsberg in the line and special line traffic acc. §§ 42 and 43 Personenbeförderungsgesetz (PBefG) as well as in the exempted school traffic. The traffic to be awarded covers a total of approximately 94 500 contracted kilometers per year. The details of the services to be provided by the contractor are set out in the specifications and in the service contract and its annexes.
