The purpose of the contract is:

- the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the 7 collective sanitation treatment plants in the municipalities of Allemont, Auris-en-Oisans, Besse-en-Oisans, Bourg-d'Oisans, Clavans-en -Oisans, Freney-d'Oisans, La Garde, Huez, Livet and Gavet, Mizoen, The Dead, Ornon, Oulles, Oz-en-Oisans, Saint-Christophe-en-Oisans, Vaujany, Villard-Notre-Dame, Villard Reymond, Villard Reculas and the 2 Alpes constituting the current perimeter of the collective competence of the sanitation syndicate of the canton of Oisans and Lower Romanche,

- operation, maintenance and maintenance of the transit and collection network, including pipelines, connections and ancillary works (pumping stations, storm overflows, pebble traps).
