The assignment concerns the deployment of flexible workers up to and including scale 8 (CAR-UWO) and self-nominated candidates (also above scale 8) in the participating organizations. For flexible workers above scale 8, a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS), current framework agreements and single and multiple private tenders are used. The Client reserves the right to also request functions above scale 8 within the framework agreement, provided that no Framework Agreements have been concluded for this. The Client is not obliged to request functions above scale 8 within this framework agreement. These possible requests for positions above scale 8 are not part of the fulfillment percentage. If framework agreements already exist for these functions above scale 8
