Province of Overijssel, Staatsbosbeheer, Natuurmonumenten and private landowners (represented by the Union of Forest Groups), hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, want to have vegetation and plant species mapping carried out in the Weerribben and Wieden area (together around 8 250 hectares).

The Contracting Authority attaches great importance to the quality of the execution of the work and to the end product.

The assignment for the vegetation and plant species mapping Weerribben and Wieden is extensive and concerns a difficult-to-access area. Making an inventory and working in the area requires good planning and work organization. Specialist knowledge of peat bog vegetation is a precondition for this.

The inventory results must be translated into a habitat type map.

Contracting services for this tender are the province of Overijssel, Staatsbosbeheer, Natuurmonumenten and Bosgroep Noord-Oost Nederland.
