Stage I – Construction of garage buildings with the construction of a boiler room, fence, paved yard and road, Stage II – Construction of a warehouse building with accompanying infrastructure – Giżycko – proceedings no. 92/RB

1. The subject of the contract is stage I – construction of three garage buildings with the construction of a boiler room, fence, paved yard and road and accompanying infrastructure – Giżycko, stage II – construction of a warehouse building with accompanying infrastructure – Giżycko. As part of the investment, the construction of three garage buildings (18 stands each), a boiler room building, a warehouse building and a transformer station is planned. Garage buildings A, B and C and the warehouse building are one-storey buildings, without basement, free-standing, with the following structures: reinforced concrete benches and foundation feet, foundation walls made of concrete blocks, reinforced concrete columns, overground walls made of ceramic bricks, steel structure, gable roof covered with sandwich panels with a polyurethane foam core. The boiler house building will have a similar structure with the exception of a reinforced concrete roof. The transformer station will be enclosed from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. As part of the investment, the construction of access roads, maneuvering yards, fencing, connections and sanitary, electrical, teletechnical connections and installations as well as a burglary and assault alarm system is also designed;

The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annexes 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 to the SWZ;

2. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: closed area - precinct 1 Giżycko; 24 WOG Giżycko.

3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract, i.e. the works performed and the equipment installed for a period of at least 36 – maximum 60 months.

4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered equipment and equipment for a period of 60 months.

5. Warranty period: 60 months – according to Article 568 § 1 of the Civil Code

6. Required deadline for the execution of the contract with obtaining a material effect:

- minimum 426 days from the date of signing the contract,

- maximum 518 days from the date of signing the contract.
