The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the period from January 01, 2024 to December 31, 2024 in the scope of:

a. Collection and management of municipal waste generated on residential properties and real estate on which there are summer cottages and other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes located in the Istebna commune.

b. Collection and management of municipal waste from the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point

The Ordering Party informs that the estimated minimum amount of waste to be collected and managed during the period of this contract, divided into fractions, is:

- non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste 20 03 01 – 850 Mg

- bulky municipal waste 20 03 07, tyres 16 01 03, waste electrical and electronic equipment 20 01 36 – 300 Mg

- municipal construction and renovation waste 17 01 03, 17 09 04 – 80 Mg

- biodegradable municipal waste 20 01 08, 20 02 01 – 90 Mg

- other segregated municipal waste 20 01 39, 20 01 02 , 20 01 01 , 20 01 40 , 15 01 02, 15 01 07, 15 01 01, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 20 01 10, 20 01 11 – 800 mg

- expired drugs (20 01 31*, 20 01 32) – 0,30 Mg

- ash from home furnaces (ex 20 01 99) – 550 Mg

- paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders and resins (20 01 27*, 20 01 28) and oils (20 01 25, 20 01 26*) – 0,10 Mg

- other hazardous waste separated from the municipal waste stream (20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*) – 0,40 mg
