The tender relates to the procurement of coffee, tea, related products and coffee/vending machines and related service agreements

The offer is divided into 2 sub-agreements:

- Partial Agreement A

Coffee, tea, related products and coffee/vending machines and related service agreements to Thisted, Morsø, Jammerbugt, Vesthimmerland, Frederikshavn and Hjørring Municipalities.

- Partial Agreement B

Liquid coffee, related products and free lending of machines/vending machines including service to Morsø, Jammerbay and Hjørring Municipalities.

Framework agreement on the supply of coffee, tea and related products and coffee/vending machines and related service agreements to Thisted, Morsø, Jammerbugt, Vesthimmerland, Frederikshavn and Hjørring Municipality.

The expected annual consumption pattern is shown in the “Framework Agreement Annex 1A Claims Specification” as well as the “Framework Agreement Annex 2A Offer List” and the estimated annual turnover on the part agreement is expected to be 3,500,000 DKK.

The maximum turnover over the entire term of the Framework Agreement shall be fixed at DKK 16,000,000. Once this maximum turnover is reached, the framework contract offered will have exhausted its effects.

The estimated annual turnover as well as the maximum turnover over the entire term of the Framework Agreement are indicated in the November 2021 price level and the amounts follow and can be regulated under the price regulation of the contract.

Partial agreement B - Liquid coffee, related products and free lending of machines/vending machines including liquid coffee service to Morsø, Jammerbay and Hjørring Municipalities.

The expected annual consumption pattern is set out in the “Framework Agreement Annex 1B Claims Specification” as well as the “Framework Agreement Annex 2B Offer List” and the estimated annual turnover on the part agreement is expected to be 1,600,000 DKK.

The maximum turnover over the entire term of the Framework Agreement shall be set at DKK 8,400,000. Once this maximum turnover is reached, the framework contract offered will have exhausted its effects.

The estimated annual turnover as well as the maximum turnover over the entire term of the Framework Agreement are indicated in the November 2021 price level and the amounts follow and can be regulated under the price regulation of the contract.
