The subject of the contract is: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners from the commune of Żukowice in the period from 1.7.2019 to 30.6.2021. Collection and management of waste should be carried out in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in particular, in accordance with the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended) , by provisions of Resolution No. XLIII / 1450/17 of the Parliament of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship of December 21, 2017 regarding the adoption of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship 2016-2022, the provisions of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, as amended) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Żukowice
The subject of the contract is: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners in the Żukowice commune in the period from 1.7.2019 to 30.6.2021.
The scope of the task includes:
a) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate from the commune of Żukowice,
b) collection and management of waste from publicly available points for the selective collection of metal and plastic waste from individual locations,
c) establishment, operation and service of a Municipal Waste Collective Point for owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate from the commune of Żukowice,
d) equipping inhabited and uninhabited real estate with containers and containers for mixed waste as well as bags and containers for the selective collection of municipal waste in the quantities and places described in detail in the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex 1 to the ToR,
e) organizing and carrying out once a year the collection of bulky waste and used tires in the commune,
f) washing, disinfecting and disinsecting waste containers and containers twice a year.
Collection and management of waste should be carried out in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in particular in accordance with the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), provisions of Resolution No. XLIII / 1450/17 of the Parliament of the Dolnośląskie Voivodship of December 21, 2017 regarding the adoption of the Voivodship Waste Management Plan for the Dolnośląskie Voivodship 2016-2022 , the provisions of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, as amended) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Żukowice.
