1. The object of the order is the supply of laboratory reagents.

2. The order was divided into 2 tasks: (parts):

Task 1 — Supply of reagents, calibrators, controls and other consumable materials for immunochemical testing to analyzers together

with the lease of devices.

Task 2 — Delivery of reagents necessary to perform coagulogical, morphology and biochemical parameters with lease of analyzers and supply of belt tests to perform urine analyses with lease of equipment.

Supply of reagents, calibrators, controls and other consumable materials for immunochemical testing to analyzers with lease of equipment in accordance with LPs 2.1 and 2.2 to SWZ.

Delivery of reagents necessary to perform coagulogical, morphology and biochemical parameters with lease of analyzers and delivery of strap-tests for urine analysis
