1. The subject of the order is the delivery of test apparatus with technical parameters in accordance with the specification indicated in the OPZ - Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

2. Individual packages correspond to separate parts of the order.

3. A factory new apparatus is required, free from physical and legal defects, having the relevant certificates, complying with all applicable legal standards.

4. The test apparatus shall have the warranty period indicated separately for individual packages calculated from the date of signing the receipt protocol.

5. The Contractor will provide warranty service for the provided apparatus.

6. Warranty service will be provided with the Ordering Party. In case of impossibility of on-site repairs with the Contracting Authority during the warranty period, the costs of ship/transport shall be borne by the Contractor.

7. The Contractor, together with the apparatus, will provide instructions for use in Polish and warranty card.

Package No 1 — Gas Chromatographs Set — 1 kpl

1) Set of 3 gas chromatographs with equipment

General requirements and the required minimum parameters and parameters of the additionally scored set are indicated in OPZ - Annex No 1 to SWZ.

2) Required warranty period for the entire set: 24 months.

3) The Contractor shall provide, contribute and mount the apparatus to the Ordering Party at his own expense. Insurance and transport of the apparatus to the place of delivery of the Ordering Party will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide such packaging of the object of the order in order to prevent its damage or deterioration during transport.

4) The Contractor will launch the apparatus and give instruction to the employees of the Ordering Party.

Package No. 10 — Shoulder — 1 pcs.

1) Description:

Minimum technical requirements:

• Maximum load — at least 50 g

• Minimum reading accuracy — 0.1 mg

Package no. 11 — Analyzer of oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations in MAP-type packs — 1 pcs.

An analyzer of oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations in MAP packs with a small intake of gas for analysis (not more than 10 ml) and a wide measuring range.

Specific requirements are set out in Annex 1 to SWZ - Description of the object of the order.

Required warranty period: 12 months.

The Contractor shall provide, contribute and mount the apparatus to the Ordering Party at his own expense. Insurance and transport of the apparatus to the place of delivery of the Ordering Party will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide such packaging of the object of the order in order to prevent its damage or deterioration during transport.

The Contractor will launch the apparatus and give instruction to the employees of the Ordering Party.

Package No. 12 — Laboratory, Automatic System of Controlled Atmospheres (KA) — 1 kpl.

1) Description:

Laboratory automatic controlled atmospheres system (KA) designed to operate 100 experimental containers (90 existing experimental, stationary containers KA and 10 new ones to be delivered) with integrated high-purity nitrogen generator and PLC and PC control systems and 10 new independent containers, including equipment, for storage in RQ technology consisting of:

• System for handling 90 test channels of experimental containers KA (with a capacity of 0.4 m3 to 0.5 m3 and 0.8 m3 to 1 m3), consisting of three modules of 32 channels for containment testing using the following technologies: NA, MA, KA, ULO, ILOS Plus and DKA (in cooperation with technology-dedicated sensors — not on system equipment).

• Portable oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration analyzer, for controlling measurement of gas concentrations (O2 and CO2) directly from the experimental containers KA

• High-purity nitrogen generator from atmospheric air

• Central control unit (e.g. PC)

• System 10 containers for storage in RQ technology

• Ethernet modules for local and remote connectivity to the parent PC, providing the ability to preview, change parameters (s), archive and display measurement data (graphs)

• Essential connection and installation materials of the system

The Contractor will provide, and bring the apparatus to the Ordering Party at his own expense. The Contractor shall launch the apparatus and give instruction to the employees of the Ordering Party within a separate date indicated by the Ordering Party, but not later than 6 months from the date of delivery.

Package 2 — System for ozonation — 1 pcs.

Laboratory air-containment and water ozonation system for obtaining the following ozone concentrations:

• in air/storage atmosphere up to 100 ppm (in experimental containers with a capacity of 50 to 1000 liters)

• in air/storage atmosphere up to 20 ppm (in a chamber with a volume of up to 20m3)

• distilled water with a temperature of about 0°C to 15 ppm (stainless steel bath with a total capacity of about 0.9 m3 — dimensions length 190 cm x width 85 cm x depth 55 cm)

Two-channel gas chromatograph with FID, TCD and MS detectors, factory new, allowing for analysis of O2, CO2, HCN, volatile saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons (in particular the possibility of separation of ethane, ethylene and acetylene) on FID and TCD detectors, as well as analysis of substances Volatile using MS type detector using backflush technology.
