Supply of rigging and accessories of various brands or equivalents for the benefit of the units of the French Navy

This notice is a framework agreement with purchase orders for the supply of rigging and accessories of various brands or equivalent for the benefit of the navy units. It is part of a restricted tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of Article 42 of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Articles 21-1.1º, 61 to 63 of Decree No. 2016-361 of 25.3.2016.

In accordance with Article 84 of Decree No 2016-361, the framework agreement presenting significant technical risks will include a provisional part for orders for supplies.
