This tender is a joint procurement of Oasen N.V., Stedin Netbeheer B.V. Dunea N.V. Evides N.V. and Vitens N.V. hereinafter referred to as 'the Clients'. The tender is carried out by Oasen N.V.

3.2.1. With this tender, the Clients intend to select and contract agencies that perform the following activities under the Assignment:

For the implementation of the framework agreement, the tenderer must have a communication portal at his disposal. This is verified by the Clients with the party to whom a lot is awarded. The requirements for the communication portal, as well as the description of the work to be carried out, are included in Appendix 2 Question specification.
