The mission of the ticketing administrator will be to consistently administer the entire ticketing system regardless of the operator concerned. Its main missions are as follows:
— application administration;
— equipment administration;
— monitoring of operation;
— system administration;
— maintenance including the management of the maintenance contract;
— supply;
— ticketing referent including training;
— operational pilotage;
— Supervision of the Network Tip;
— management of developments (steering);
— interoperability management.
It will also have to act as a proposal force on the contractual management of developments.
