1) Part 1 — covering the collection and recovery of waste code 19 12 12 12 (overset fraction);
2) Part 2 — covering the collection and recovery of waste code 19 12 12 12 (shredded large-sized waste).
Part 1 — Receipt and Recovery of Waste code 19 12 12 (Oversited Fraction)The subject of the contract is the successive collection and recovery of waste code 19 12 12 12, i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, originating in the Waste Development Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o. o. o. o. o., including the collection and recovery waste code 19 12 12 12 (overlaid fraction): (a) waste must be transported and subsequently developed in Contractor's installations which have decisions authorising the processing of such waste in the recovery process, in accordance with applicable law in this respect, and the recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Law of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, 784, 1648). (b) the collection of waste will be carried out by transport organised by the Contractor and at his expense, including in terms of carriage costs, insurance on time transport and unloading. (c) the amount of waste is approximately 4,000 Mg during the term of the contract. The monthly amount is about 330 Mg, while weekly is about 83 Mg. These are estimates, serving auxiliary to prepare the offer, with 4,000 Mg being the maximum amount for receipt and recovery that the Ordering Party does not have to fulfill at full time. Receipt of waste will be due to the current needs of the Ordering Party. (d) The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantity of the object of the order is forecast and may be reduced depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The above does not result in a cancellation or modification of its terms. Where the Contractor uses the above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim in this respect which is hereby disclaimed. e) the waste is sorted material (ballast) derived from the mechanical treatment of municipal waste on the sorting line. (f) the waste shall be deprived of the waste shall be ferrous and non-ferrous metals, which are captured by a metal separator (for ferrous metals) and secreted manually in sorting booths (for non-ferrous metals). g) waste produced in a mechanical process is stored in bulk under the canopy and in such form will be loaded on substituted means of transport. The average weight of 1 m3 waste is about 0.25 Mg. This is the indicative value for the Contractor to calculate costs, but does not constitute the basis for any claims under this title. (h) the average weight of loads for movable floor semi-trailers is approximately 20-22 Mg. (i) The minimum guaranteed mass of waste under a single mode of transport type moveable floor is 18 Mg.
Part 2 — Recovery and Recovery of waste code 19 12 12 12 (shredded large-sized waste)The subject of the contract is the successive collection and recovery of waste code 19 12 12 12, i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, originating in the Waste Development Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o. o. o. o. o., including the collection and recovery waste code 19 12 12 12 (crumbled large-sized waste): (a) waste should be transported and then developed in Contractor's installations which have decisions authorising the processing of such waste in the recovery process, in accordance with applicable law, including the scope and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste (t. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, 784, 1648). (b) the collection of waste will be carried out by the Contractor and at his expense, including in the scope of carriage costs, insurance for the duration of transport and unloading. (c) the amount of waste is approximately 1 500 Mg during the term of the contract. The monthly amount is about 125 Mg, while weekly is about 31 Mg. These are estimated quantities, serving auxiliary to prepare the offer, with 1,500 Mg being the maximum amount for receipt and recovery that the Ordering Party does not have to fulfill at full time. Receipt of waste will be due to the current needs of the Ordering Party. (d) The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantity of the object of the order is forecast and may be reduced depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The above does not result in a cancellation or modification of its terms. If the Contracting Authority uses the above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim in this respect, which is hereby disclaimed. e) Waste is material derived from the shredding of large-sized waste by means of a mobile two-shaft chipper. (f) the waste is deprived of ferrous metals, which are captured by a metal separator, mounted on a shredder discharge conveyor. g) waste produced during grinding is stored in bulk on the square and in such form will be loaded on substituted means of transport. The average weight of 1 m3 waste is about 0.20 Mg. This is the indicative value for the Contractor to calculate costs, but does not constitute the basis for any claims under this title. (h) the average weight of loads for movable floor semi-trailers is approximately 18-20 Mg. (i) Minimum guaranteed mass of waste under a single mode of transport type moveable floor is 16 Mg.
