The subject of the contract includes the management of municipal waste: non-segregated (mixed), bulky, biowaste, from real estate inhabited in the Kęty Commune in the period from 01.10.2023 to 30.09.2025.

The subject of the contract includes:

1) Management of mixed (20 03 01) municipal waste from real estate in the Kęty Commune.

The estimated number of waste for the period 01.10.2023 - 30.09.2025 is 12 800.00 Mg. The given value may change during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract depending on the number of waste returned by the owners of residential real estate. In addition, this change can also be affected by a change in the number of residents and properties.

2) Management of biowaste (20 01 08) from residential real estate in the Kęty Commune.

The estimated number of waste for the period 01.10.2023 – 30.09.2025 is 600.00 Mg. The given value may change during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract depending on the number of waste returned by owners of residential real estate. In addition, this change can also be affected by a change in the number of residents and properties.

3) Management of bulky waste (20 03 07) from residential real estate in the Kęty Commune.

The estimated number of waste for the period 01.10.2023 – 30.09.2025 is 600.00 Mg. The given value may change during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract depending on the number of waste returned by owners of residential real estate. In addition, this change can also be affected by a change in the number of residents and properties.
