The subject of the contract includes the performance of a service within the municipality of Dragacz, consisting of:
1. the receipt and development of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from property owners residing in the municipality of Dragacz;
2. the receipt and development of segregated municipal waste from the municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) at the municipal wastewater treatment plant in the Lower Group;
3. equipping the property with containers and bags used to collect mixed and segregated municipal waste and PSZOK with containers and containers;
4. to develop and provide the Ordering Party and the owners of inhabited property with a timetable for receiving waste and an educational leaflet, including instructions on how to segregate municipal waste and what waste into which container/bag should be dumped.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Chapter 2 of the Terms of Contract (SWZ) and Annex 10 to the SWZ.
The subject of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste from property owners and their management in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality - Resolution of the Dragacz Commune Council No. XVI/173/20 of 25 September 2020 on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Dragacz commune - Annex No. 7.1 to the SWZ, Resolution of the Dragacz Commune Council No. XXXI/339/22 of 28 April 2022 on the change of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Commune Dragacz - Attachment No. 7.2 to the SWZ, Resolution of the Dragacz Commune Council No. XXXIV/361/22 of July 21, 2022 amending the resolution on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Dragacz Commune - Annex No. 7.3 to the SWZ, Resolution of the Dragacz Commune Council No. XL/417/23 of February 14, 2023 amending the resolution on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Dragacz Commune - Annex No. 7.4 to the SWZ and the Resolution of the Dragacz Commune Council No. XVI/ 174/20 of 25 September 2020 on determining the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and management of this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management – Annex No. 8.1 to the SWZ and Resolution of the Dragacz Commune Council No. XXXIV/362/22 of 21 July 2022 amending the resolution on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the scope of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee for municipal waste management paid by the property owner – Annex 8.2 to the SWZ.
The Contractor will receive and use directly from the property inhabited the following types of municipal waste:
1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,2) bio-waste,3) plastics, metals and multi-material packaging,4) glass waste,5) paper and cardboard,6) furniture waste and other bulky waste (1 time per year),7) waste electrical and electronic equipment (1 time per year),8) used tires (1 time per year),9) textile and clothing waste (1 time per year).
The Contractor will handle, collect and manage the following waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point:
1) paper and cardboard,2) metals, plastics,3) multi-material packaging waste,4) glass,5) bio-waste,6) hazardous waste,7) expired medicines and chemicals,8) waste not classified as medical waste generated in the household, as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,9) textile and clothing waste, 10) waste batteries and accumulators,11) waste electrical and electronic equipment,12) furniture and other bulky waste,13) construction and demolition waste,14) used tyres.
The Contractor will collect waste and then manage it in the amount in which the owners of the properties where the residents live will dispose of. The estimated amounts of municipal waste are set out below, but the Ordering Party reserves that it does not guarantee the execution of the order in such quantity.
Estimated for collection and development from residential real estate and PSZOK amount of waste in the period of order completion approx. 4 709.81 Mg.
The above amounts of waste should be treated as indicative. Data prepared on the basis of reports submitted by entities receiving waste from the Dragacz municipality for the years 2021, 2022 and the first half of 2023. The amount of waste generated in the municipality of Dragacz is not dependent on the Ordering Party. Quantities may change according to the actual needs of the ordering party, taking into account the amount of waste generated by property owners.
