University of the West of Scotland (UWS) wishes to seek competitive tenders for all services associated with Cleaning Services at Student Residences.

The contract shall be awarded in two lots:

- Lot 1 – Cleaning Services at Ayr Campus Student Residences

- Lot 2 – Cleaning Services at Paisley Campus Student Residences

Applicants may apply for any number of lots.

Cleaning services at Paisley student residences which consists of a total of total 496 beds, one common room area, laundry room, stairwells, corridors/hallways and elevators.

Cleaning Services at Ayr Campus Student Residences which consists of 200 beds across 44 flats situated within 4 apartment blocks.
