The purchases will be made in accordance with the Disability Services Act of Eura and Säkylä Municipalities (Disability Services and Support Act 1987/380, hereinafter the Disability Services Act (VPL)) and the Social Welfare (SHL) Act (1301/2014). The acquisition will be carried out as a joint procurement between Eura and the municipalities of Säkylä (hereinafter also referred to as the subscriber or subscribers with reference to both).
