The aim of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement that will establish the general terms governing support, maintenance and development contracts for the Board's housing-related systems (which in the first instance will be the support and and maintenance of iHouse, RAS and Housing Central Broker) while the agreement is in place. The agreement will be with a single supplier and will allow the LGMA to:
(a) draw down appropriate resources for the provision of the support and maintenance service (these resources will be situated in the supplier's premises), and
(b) obtain fixed-price quotes for particular development projects as they arise.
The LGMA expects to conclude an agreement for four years, subject to satisfactory performance and budgetary constraints.
