This consultation concerns the purchase of foodstuffs, consumables and cleaning products for the departmental order group. The public catering service in colleges intends to meet expectations on the quality of the contents of the plate, by committing to the construction of sustainable and quality catering. To do this, the Department supports colleges by setting up tools at their disposal, including the grouping of food orders. This framework agreement is concluded by the departmental command group, whose coordinator is the Val-de-Marne department (94). The coordinator's headquarters are located at the Hôtel du Département, avenue du Général de Gaulle 94054 Créteil.
