The purpose of the concession is:

The revision of the executive design and execution of the construction works of the New Cruise Terminal in the port of Messina;

a. in this regard, it is specified that the executive design based on the tender must be updated by the concessionaire, including the economic drawings and the general and special specifications, following the design review that it will operate, according to the indications provided for in the technical and management specifications;

b. the design review may incorporate any regulatory changes that have occurred in the meantime;

Public-Private Partnership (PPP) functional to the assignment of the concession of service of general interest for cruise traffic in the Port of Messina with the revision of the executive design and execution of the construction works of the New Cruise Terminal in the port of Messina aimed at managing its own and third party behalf of the New Terminal of Messina, including the provision of services to passengers and port security, as specified in the Management Specifications;
