The North Karelia Procurement Authority will request you to participate in the Joensuu City Transportation for the period 15.1.2020 - 30.6.2024, as requested. The dynamic purchasing system applies to the passenger transport of the city of Joensuu. The primary / principal service of passenger transportation usually consists of school transportation, and in addition to this, procurement, food transportation and passenger and freight transportation of other partners of the City of Joensuu are included. The service must comply with the regulations of the European Union directly binding legislation, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities. The application form is binding and must be drafted in Finnish.
