Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the City of Dęblin, organization, equipment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), collection, transport and management of waste from PSZOK.

The subject of the contract includes:

Performance of the service: "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the city of Dęblin, organization, equipment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), collection, transport and management of waste from PSZOK", including in particular:

1) Collection, transport and management of municipal waste for the Municipal Installation selected by the Contractor in accordance with applicable regulations and indicated in the Offer Form from residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Dęblin, as well as collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point ( hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lubelskie Voivodeship and resolutions of the Dęblin City Council on the "Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Dęblin" and "The detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners in exchange for the municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner", adopted by resolution Dęblin City Council.

2) Equipping residential property with bags:

a) in single-family housing:

- green with the inscription "GLASS", intended for glass waste, including glass packaging waste;

- blue with the inscription "PAPER", intended for paper, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard;

- yellow with the words "METALS AND PLASTICS", intended for metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste;

b) Real estate equipment in multi-family housing:

- in blue containers with the words 'PAPER' on the waste fraction consisting of paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste;

- green containers with the word "GLASS" for the waste fraction consisting of glass waste, including glass packaging waste;

- yellow containers with the words "METALS AND PLASTICS" for waste fractions, which include metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste;

- in brown containers with the words "BIO" for bio-waste.

3) Organization and running of PSZOK for a minimum of 3 days a week, i.e. every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, between from 12:00 to 18:00 in the City of Dęblin (the Contractor must have a legal title to the property on which PSZOK intends to operate).

4) Equipping PSZOK with an appropriate number of containers for the collection of individual types of waste specified in SOPZ, in such quantity as to ensure their proper functioning.
