Sedu Seinäjoki about the cleaning services of the Törnäväntie teaching point (maintenance cleaning and basic cleaning services) at Törnäväntie 24, Seinäjoki. The acquisition also includes temporary facilities for the textile and fashion industry at Vakkurinkatu 1, Seinäjoki
Actual contract period 1.8.2023 - 31.7.2025. In addition, the acquisition includes a two-year option period, up to a maximum of 31.7.2027.

Bidders are obliged to inspect the premises of the properties before submitting an offer.
Visiting the sites is organized as follows:
The tour will start on 10.5.2023 at 12 noon at Törnäväntie 24, Seinäjoki.
After that, we will move directly to the destination, which is at Vakkurinkatu 1, Seinäjoki

- Building A 2nd floor 1171 m2
- Building C 88 m2
- E-building 1st floor, Food preparation facilities + bakery-confectionery 1870,5 m2
Considerations:
The 229 m2 premises of the meat department, which are entered in the drawings and in the list of premises, are not currently in continuous use.
Empty spaces are washed in 1 x month and before and after occasional use.

- F-building 3165 m2
Considerations:
Excluding the cleaning of building F, the workrooms may be transferred to the client's own cleaning production during the contract period
- M-building 1st floor 975 m2, 2nd floor 135 m2, total 1109 m2

The cleaning of building M may be transferred to the client's own cleaning production during the contract period
- Vakkurinkatu 315 m2
Number of users of the premises to be cleaned:
• personnel approx. 30 persons
• students approx. 200 persons
• About 30 people on Vakkurinkatu
• Visitors visit the site occasionally and possible events related to student activities can be arranged during the school year, in which case cleaning schedules are agreed separately. Regular external use of space in the premises will not be arranged. The daily number of staff in the premises varies, and students and staff work in different locations.
