Description:
Purchase of electricity for the needs of the buildings of the Poviat Starosty in Krakow and organizational units of the Krakow Poviat.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the buildings of the Poviat Starosty in Krakow and organizational units of the Krakow Poviat in the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law.

A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract and the locations where the buildings covered by the contract are located shall include:

1) Draft contract – Annex No. 8 to SWZ;

2) List of electricity consumption points – Annex 1 to the contract.

The contract does not include an electricity distribution service
