1. The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade for the reception, movement and delivery of mail, courier, unaddressed prints, parcels and return to the Ordering Party after the possibility of their delivery is exhausted in the meaning of the Postal Law of 23 November 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1041) and on the basis of the Law of 15 November 1984 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 8).
2. The item of the order was divided into 3 tasks:
1) task 1 — letter shipments and postal packages;
2) task 2 — courier shipments;
3) Task No. 3 — postal and courier shipments provided by bicycle couriers for the Municipality of Tczew City.
Letter mail and mail parcelsThe subject of the contract is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade in the field of acceptance, movement and delivery of postal consignments and return to the Contracting Authority after the possibility of their delivery is exhausted within the meaning of the Postal Law of 23 November 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1041). The Contractor will provide postal services to the Contracting Authority for the acceptance of consignments and the issuance of unregistered, procurement and refunds.

Courier shipments1. The subject of the contract is the provision of courier services and the return to the Ordering Party of shipments after the possibility of their delivery within the meaning of the Act — Postal Law of 23 November 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1041) and on the basis of the Act of 15 November 1984 — Law transport (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 8, as amended).

Postal and courier shipments provided by bicycle couriers for the Municipality of Tczew1. The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services for the reception, movement and delivery of postal items and the return to the Contracting Authority after the possibility of their service is exhausted within the meaning of the Postal Law of 23 November 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1041 as amended) and courier services pursuant to the Act of 15 November 1984, the Law of Transport (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 8 as amended) for the benefit of the Ordering Party.
