A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 2 (Price Form) and Appendix No. 3 (Technical Conditions to be met by materials for the construction of underground heating networks from pipes and pre-insulated elements in the heating system in Rzeszów, to SWZ
2. Basic requirements for the subject of the order:
2.1. Pre-insulated materials must meet the requirements set out in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Use (Price Form) and in the Technical Conditions to be met by materials for the construction of underground heating networks from pipes and pre-insulated elements in the heating system in Rzeszów, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.
2.2. All elements of pre-insulated materials consisting of the item of the order are to be new and unused factory. Factory new materials are materials produced no earlier than 6 months before the date of delivery to the Ordering Party.
2.3. Pre-insulated materials being the subject of the contract and all components used for their production will meet the requirements of the Act of 16.04.2004 on construction products (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213) together with the implementing provisions to this Act.
2.4. Pre-insulated materials constituting the subject of the contract will be complete and will guarantee the proper execution of the sections of the heating network indicated in point 1.
2.5. Minimum warranty period required of 60 months. Warranty in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter XVI and XIX of the SWZ.
Required warranty period of 36 months.
2.6. The other terms and conditions of the Contracting Authority concerning the subject of the contract are set out in Chapter XIX of this SWZ entitled “Significant to the parties to the provisions of the Public Contract”.
