The Eimsbütteler Turnverband e. V. (ETV) intends to build a new building for a multifunctional sports center in the city of Hamburg at Lokstedter Steindamm 75/77, 22529 Hamburg as a solid construction. The new building is classified in building class 5.

The building includes a multifunctional sports center with a field hall, bouldering hall, a restaurant, various gymnastics, spa and administrative rooms as well as a day care and underground parking.

The tender includes painting and varnishing.

Painting:

- coat ceiling, wall surfaces and soffits, cover with a dispersion paint or paint with abrasion-resistant / hard-wearing dispersion paint,

- stain the undersides and cheeks of the staircases made of pre-fabricated reinforced concrete and cover them with dispersion paint,

- Clean floor, sand and coat with acrylic coating.

- Degrease the banisters, coat and paint.

- Wall and ceiling surfaces approx. 13,500 m 2 .

- Stairs approx. 15 m 2 .
