Subject matter is a labor market measure according to § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 SGB III for customers of the job center Cologne.

Subject of the measure according to § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 SGB III is the combination of elements for

- introduction to the training and employment market (§ 45 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 SGB III),

- Establishment, reduction or elimination of placement impediments (§ 45 (1) sentence 1 no. 2 SGB III).

It is a broad offer, which should reduce the fragmentation of the previous measure offers. The various contents should be available to the participants of a chain of supply chain logic in an individual and precise way in the context of individual modules. The modules may optionally be used successively or in parallel, depending on the content and individual need for action, except compulsory social-pedagogical coaching.

The participants are continuously accompanied by socio-pedagogic coaches in order to adjust the integration process according to the needs and to the individual need for action.
